Shipping within Australia is Free!
It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and contact number.
Once an item has been dispatched to you via Australia Post we have no control over their delivery system and therefore unable to guarantee their delivery times, however
Australia Post estimates between 1-4 days (within same state) and 3-7 days for interstate locations.
Shipping Internationally
Oversesa purchase will incure shipping fees accordingly to the shipping destination.. This fee will be added in the checkout purchase under the section called Shipping Method, where shopper needs to tick radio button for each overseas destination group.

Paypal and Credit Card Payment
There are two options for payment. ( PURCHASER DOES NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO COMPLETE A PURCHASE )
1 - If the purchaser has a paypal account, payment can be made with a Paypal account on the Paypal website secure consol page.
2 - If the purchaser wishes to make paymnet with a credit card ( Visa , Master ) it can be done in the final checkout process on the Paypal website secure console page under the Paypal payment option.

We do not accept returns after purchase, however we will replace damaged or defective merchandise.
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order shipping date if we sent the wrong item or the item received is defective (including damaged in transit). Please contact us for any of the above reasons, and we will send a replacement. If your order contains a defective item, we may send you a postage-paid envelope for return of the defective item.
For large orders, we ask that you return a few samples of the defective items, rather than the entire order. For book orders with more than 20 items, we ask that you return the covers for all books before the replacement order is produced. |
